In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service at
customerservice@kimberlychristiegloss.c om within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photo of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

If an address change is needed and the item has already been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping the item to the address given. Therefore, the lost or replacement of that item will be the responsibility of the customer.
